Lately I’ve been working on a website I’ve left sitting for quite a while, DNDough. I blogged about it in an earlier post from April of last year, so it’s nearly a year old. Pretty much everything is the same, except I integrated the site into WordPress to make it easier to manage and update without manually editing static files. Hopefully it will start getting some more traffic with some more regular updates.
I recently started a WordPress theme site at Theme Find. This is different from my other similar site, Theme Lab, because Theme Find will list any WordPress theme made by anyone, while Theme Lab only releases exclusive themes. Right now I’m just trying to populate it with as many themes as possible. The base of the site is already complete with the theme, pages, necessary plugins, etc.
Yesterday I created WordPress Experts, which is a WordPress development and consulting company. I’ve been working with WordPress quite some time and have developed a pretty good understanding of it, and thought it was about time to do something like this. The design you see on the site is unique. I’ve had it for a while, but haven’t had a use for it until now. I got it coded into XHTML/CSS and integrated it into WordPress myself. I’m proud to announce that the first theme at Theme Lab has been released, Smooth Khaki. It’s an XHTML valid theme with 20 alternative header images for you to choose from. Visit Theme Lab for the live demo and other information on licensing, etc.
