This is pretty random, hence it’s going to be filed under the “Random stuff” category. Basically it’s a quick three part quiz that asks questions to determine how many five year olds you could take in a fight. It judges you on physical ability, experience/training, and “moral compass” to compile the number. My score is below:

I came across the Free Rice website not too long ago. It’s a site which offers 20 grains of rice to charity per vocabulary word you correctly define. It’s a pretty effective way to expand your vocabulary skills, and it’s for a good cause. So far they have donated over 10 billion grains, and maybe a few thousand of those are mine. The idea is quite creative, if I do say so myself. Everyone wins: the sponsors of the site get exposure, the guy who owns freerice.com probably keeps money for himself to pay for “server costs,” the user of the site knows more useless vocabulary words, and most importantly – hungry people get rice.
I know I haven’t updated my blog in over a month, I’ll try to keep the blog more updated. I have just discovered a wonderful site at Squidoo.com. It is sort of hard to explain what exactly it is, but basically it hosts pages or “lenses” of content. You can earn revenue through Google ads, or Amazon or eBay links, payable through PayPal. Apparently Google really loves these lenses, and rank high for good keywords. I’ve only been using Squidoo for a few days so I have yet to see any good results, however I’m sure they will come. My username there is lelandf (you can click on that link to see all my lenses) and I’ve already made a few lenses, mostly talking about domain names and some other random subjects. If you do happen to sign up, it would be appreciated if you did so through my referral link. It helps both of us if you sign up through a referral, as you get an extra $5 added to your account once you reach $15. It’s pretty cool, and I’d recommend you sign up ASAP!
I recently submit a site of mine to Digg called Poem Spam. Have you ever received weird spam e-mail resembling a poem? Well this site is dedicated to it. It has a few spams already in the database but it needs more. Unfortunately my Digg submission didn’t make front page, a few people commented and seemed to like it though. Check it out and feel free to submit some of your spam to it.
