I just added my domain portfolio to the blog using a WordPress Domain Portfolio plugin, which was just released yesterday I believe. I’ve been waiting a while for someone to make something like this for WordPress, plus it’s nice to have a full set of links in the top navigation menu (before I had 2 links to the “network”). I customized it a bit to match with the design. The bulk add feature came in handy while adding my 100+ names at GoDaddy. The sorting feature is also a nice way to keep track of expiration dates. Overall I’d say it’s a good plugin, fits my needs perfectly.
I haven’t updated my blog in over 4 months, so I thought I’d do a quick update for my loyal readers who have been without my really exciting and interesting blog posts for so long. Recently I have built Brainy World, a site with lots of brain teasers and stuff like that. I have also developed DreamDB.com which is a dream journal site. As you can see, it’s getting really popular with 2 whole registered users with confirmed e-mail addresses (including me). Thanks for reading, but don’t get your hopes up for more updates any time soon, because I’ll be too busy counting all the money I accrue from my successful and revenue-generating websites.
Again, I know I haven’t been writing as much as I should, it is still my goal to become a regular blogger with feed subscribers, etc. Unfortunately that hasn’t happened yet. Good news is I’m really trying to start to become a regular blogger. Check back often for new posts, and if that doesn’t happen, then I apologize in advance. I hope you like the new theme I am currently using from N.Design Studio. I’ve also added a “Network” page which lists all my current sites.
Lately I’ve been working on a few new projects, one being a WordPress themes site featuring all original themes. These theme sites can get very popular due to the required links at the bottom of every theme. I currently have about 5 original themes collected. I’ll probably mix it up between free and paid themes. I don’t want to reveal the domain I’ll be using for this project just yet, so check back soon when this project is more complete, I’ll be sure to post an update.
I know I haven’t updated my blog in over a month, I’ll try to keep the blog more updated. I have just discovered a wonderful site at Squidoo.com. It is sort of hard to explain what exactly it is, but basically it hosts pages or “lenses” of content. You can earn revenue through Google ads, or Amazon or eBay links, payable through PayPal. Apparently Google really loves these lenses, and rank high for good keywords. I’ve only been using Squidoo for a few days so I have yet to see any good results, however I’m sure they will come. My username there is lelandf (you can click on that link to see all my lenses) and I’ve already made a few lenses, mostly talking about domain names and some other random subjects. If you do happen to sign up, it would be appreciated if you did so through my referral link. It helps both of us if you sign up through a referral, as you get an extra $5 added to your account once you reach $15. It’s pretty cool, and I’d recommend you sign up ASAP!
Sorry I haven’t been updating my blog as much as I should. I have been busy working on my new webiste development company called Stylish Websites. I’m going to focus on building websites for small business owners in the area. Not sure how I’m going to go about effectively advertising it, since I’m pretty much clueless in promotion and marketing. If you have any ideas feel fee to comment. Not expecting any though, since this blog gets like 1 visit per day.
